tarot-poster（以下「本ツール」）は、運営者本人が自身の TikTok アカウントに動画を投稿し、 自身の投稿の統計情報を確認するために利用する個人用のツールです。第三者に提供・公開しておらず、 一般の利用者を対象としたサービスではありません。
tarot-poster ("the Tool") is a personal utility used by its operator to publish videos to the operator's own TikTok account and to review statistics of the operator's own posts. It is not offered to third parties and is not a service for general users.
本ツールを利用できるのは運営者本人のみです。アカウント登録機能はありません。
Only the operator may use the Tool. There is no account registration.
本ツールを用いて、法令に違反する行為、TikTok の利用規約・コミュニティガイドラインに違反する行為、 第三者の権利を侵害する行為を行いません。
The Tool will not be used for any activity that violates applicable law, TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or the rights of third parties.
本ツールから投稿する動画は、運営者が自ら撮影・編集した内容です。 占いに関する内容は娯楽を目的としたものであり、結果を保証・断定するものではありません。
All videos published through the Tool are created by the operator. Divination content is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee any outcome.
本ツールの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は責任を負いません。 また、TikTok の仕様変更等により本ツールが利用できなくなる場合があります。
The operator assumes no liability for any damage arising from use of the Tool. The Tool may become unusable due to changes in TikTok's specifications.
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
